CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

Requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]

Cancellations will be charged as shown in the table below:

LOW SEASON (02 May to 14 December):
Reservations canceled the same month as requested: No charge
* Reservations canceled in months after the reservation request, will be charged an administrative fee of 15%
Cancellations requested less than 15 days in advance: Total reservation

HIGH SEASON (15 December to 1 May):
Reservations canceled the same month as requested: No charge
* Reservations canceled in months after the reservation request, will be charged an administrative fee of 15%
Cancellations requested less than 30 days in advance: Total reservation

SPECIAL PACKAGES, NATIONAL, STATE AND PROLONGED HOLIDAYS
REVEILLON, CARNIVAL, HOLY WEEK AND OTHERS:
Reservations canceled the same month as requested: 50% of the total reservation
Cancellations requested up to 30 days in advance: Total reservation

EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case of early departure, in any reservation, whether of package or not, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

LETTER OF CREDIT:
It is at the discretion of the Pousada, whether or not to give a daily letter of credit, to be used in a future period stipulated in each situation.

REPLACEMENT:
The user can arrange to be replaced by another passenger, under the same conditions, on the same date.

NO SHOW:
No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the booked date of entry. The apartment will be available for 24 hours. After this period we will consider the reservation canceled and we will have the same procedure of our cancellation policy without devolution of the deposited amount.

GUESTS WITH PET
It is allowed to stay with the guests in the apartments, animals that are accustomed to this type of conviviality.

You will be charged a value of up to 15% of the total value of the package. We only accept 1 small dog (up to 5k) per apartment.

TERMS OF STAY WITH DOG:

• PET CAN NOT FREQUENT THE BREAKFAST CAFÉ / RESTAURANT AND POOL AREA.
• CAN NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE ROOM.
• DO NOT BEAR TO POINT TO DISCOVER OTHER GUESTS.
• IF YOU BREAK OR SPLIT ANY ITEM, YOU MUST PAY THE VALUE OF ITEM DETERMINED BY THE POUSADA.

• PHYSIOLOGICAL NEEDS OF PET ARE AN EXTREME RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER.

• BED CLOTHES ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR PET USE.

IF ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS DO NOT BE FULFILLED, YOU CAN NOT REMAIN
IN THE POUSADA, AND THERE WILL BE NO RETURN OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION CONDITIONS
In order for the reservation to be confirmed, it will be necessary to pay 50% of the cost of your stay, with a bank deposit at Bradesco or by paying the total amount of the Package up to 3x without interest in Visa, American Express or Mastercard.
You can also pay the initial 50% with Visa, American Express or Mastercard, the remaining 50% will be paid at the hostel at the time of check in.
